My Comeback Story: Deborah T.

In 1981, I was involved in an accident that led to three breaks in my hip. I was told I would need to have surgery to repair the breaks. I was able to deal with it for a long time until it got so bad that nothing would take the pain away. After seeing Dr. Seals and hearing him explain the process and procedures for recovery, the years of fear seemed to fade away. I went into surgery in so much pain and woke up feeling like I was in a dream. There was no pain. I was walking with my walker and on my way home within 5 hours. My whole world changed. I feel better every day. It has been a year since the surgery, and I can play with my grandkids, ride bikes with my husband, play pickleball, and do all the things I thought I would have to give up because of the pain. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Seals and all the staff who helped make such a significant improvement in my life. 😊
