"Dr. Agostenelli is a true doctor...he cares about his patients and he does what is NEEDED rather than what is politically correct. He actually saved my life in 2010 when I collapsed due to an infection. Sacred Heart Hospital and their doctors would only treat my heart, lungs, kidneys, etc for SYMPTOMS and they refused to look for a cause to my collapse. An ICU night nurse quietly recommended that I seek out Dr. Agostenelli for help. He came to the ICU and immediately recognized the osteomyelitis in my right foot. He did what was NEEDED and I immediately began to recover (I'd had only a 5% chance of living.) Since that time he has recognized and treated my Charcot condition perfectly. We have now sold our Florida home and retired to Alabama. I wish that we could bring him with us! Best of wishes to all of you but especially Dr Agostenelli. Great doctors like him are very hard to find! He will be missed!
Thank you!" – Art E.
"I have an issue with osteoarthritis in my big toe that causes quite a bit of swelling and pain across my entire foot. Unlike so many doctors, Dr. Agostinelli suggested trying a shot first, rather than surgery... the pain was relieved before I even left the office. The staff and doctors at the clinic were exceptional. I'm glad we have you. I would definitely recommend Dr. Agostinelli." – Jeannie W.
"Dr. Agostinelli was my physician of choice at Eglin Air Force Base; he diagnosed my condition. I missed him after he retired, and I had tried to see him in his local practice, but Tricare sent me to other podiatrists in the area. When my current doctor at the Base suggested I see Dr. Agostinelli, I was elated, and asked for an appointment to see him. Dr. Agostinelli is one of very few (at least in this area) who knows what to do with Charcot foot. He is an enormous help to me." – Lucy S.
"Highly recommend them. Without them, I would not be walking." – Wendy
"The staff at Orthopaedic Associates have always been professional and hospitable. All of my requests and needs were met in a timely manner. My podiatrist always took care and looked after my physical condition as a service member. He ensured the importance of mitigating if not resolving my physical issues derived from extreme physical training as it plays a vital role in my daily life and military career." – Jane L.
"I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Agostinelli and his nurse Elaine in July of 2013, when I had my feet assessed for bunions. They were such a cute team, and immediately put me at ease with their great attitudes, friendly personalities, and high professionalism. I had the left foot operated on in August, then the right foot in March 2014. Both operations and recoveries went amazingly well, and the care and follow-up they provided me were first rate. It was my first experience getting any part of my body hacked on, so I was a bit apprehensive. Dr. Agostinelli and Elaine got me through it all. After several months of physical therapy with the great Deb of Select Physical Therapy on Airport Road in Destin, I am almost back to normal. Thank you Dr. Agostinelli and Elaine! The ladies in x-ray were also exceptional." -- A. Francis
"Everyone was so nice. I felt very good about the ability of both doctors." -- Janine M.
"It was very good, and I couldn't be more pleased. I really liked the attention to detail. Everything was explained to me, and I fully understand my choices. Best foot doctor around! He's right on the mark." -- Bert G.
“Thank you so much for the email containing the lab results, and thank you so very much for your concern. I went to the hospital and saw the doctor that treated me and was very pleased with Dr. Agostinelli’s report and confirmed diagnosis. Again, thank you so much for your care and concern. Dr. Agostinelli was thorough and we appreciated that he told us the truth.” -- Gwen O.
"Fantastic Doctor, I would not let any doctor/surgeon cut on me except him. He has gone beyond to try and save my toes and has succeeded in doing so! I would recommend him to anyone who is having foot problems." -- Randy H.
